Getting ready for Aquacise
What we will be offering.
We believe that investing in your child’s education or a life skill is priceless. Swimming is not a hobby or a after school activity, it’s a life skill.
We want to give every adult, baby and child the opportunity to learn to swim in the comfort of a heated environmentally friendly indoor pool 12 months of the year, give the senior citizens a place where they can come and get a daily bit of movement and exercise while having fun. Boost current swimmers and teach everyone to be ready for the summer to enjoy the lakes and the outdoor pools on their summer holidays.

Our market will have no age in particular - from babies as young as 6 months up to adults 80 years. Everyone will have an opportunity to take part in what we will have to offer, whether it is mom or dad that wants to bond and spend time with their baby in the pool, the toddler that needs to be water safe, stroke levels that needs to be achieved for future swimming galas and to create new lifeguard’s and water safety instructors for the future. Simply swimming will offer the adults the opportunity to learn a new life skill and seniors that will come for social and exercise.

Preparing For your 1st swimming lesson..
Our facility is equipped with dress rooms and washrooms, hair dryer will be available on your way out to insure you leave dry and warm.
Our pool temperature's will be at just the right heat to be warm and comfortable.
A WATER BOTTLE IS ESSENTIAL!
You DON'T need to wear a swim cap because you will not be swimming with your face under the water, but please tie your hair in a bun and out of your face for your own comfort and to enjoy your exercise.
And PS...We will have lots of FUN!

Preparing For your 1st swimming lesson..
Swimming lessons are the same as starting kindergarden - its a new teacher, new environment and new friends. Tell your child about swimming, show them a video and prepare them before hand.
Let them pack their own little swim bag the night before and get them excited... Count down the days till their 1st lesson.
Remember to pack towels and warm clothes for when you leave the facility to keep their body temprature the same for the next 30 min leaving.
Little Swimmers nappies is ESSENTIAL for kids that are not fully potty trained. Ps. they are re-useable and are washed with their bathing suite. Swim caps are mandatory for hygiene purpose. Moms with long hair should always have it up in a bun.

Swimming Lessons
- Swimming Lessons will be running in 8 week sessions payable monthly for $60 a month per child
- Swimming Registration fees $35 includes Swim Cap
Aquacize
40.00 Once a week
80.00 Twice
120.00 3 times
Adult private Lessons $60 per class or $20 per adult in a group of 3
